Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program applications are available now! If you received coupons last year, you will receive an application by April 15, 2009 in the mail. You are eligible if you 60 years of age or over by June 1, 2009, are a resident of Ohio, and have an annual income of $20,035 or less if you live alone, $26,954 or less for a household of two. You may download and print an application here, pick up an application from a local senior center or call our office for assistance. Please return your completed application to our office, promptly. Applications are processed on a first come, first-served basis.

$50 worth of coupons for locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs will be mailed in June.
