Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program applications are now available! If you received coupons last year, you will receive an application in the mail by April 30, 2010. You are eligible if you are 60 years of age or over by June 1, 2010, are a resident of Ohio and have an annual income of $20,035 or less if you live alone, $26,954 or less for a household of two. You may download and print an application here, pick up an application from a local senior center or call our office for assistance. Please return your completed application to our office, promptly. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

$50 worth of coupons for locally grown, fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey will be mailed by June 15th.
