Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low income older adults with $50 worth of coupons to purchase locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey from participating farmers from June-Oct 31st each year.


The 2013 season is complete. Thank you for another successful year.


Applications for 2014 are not available, yet. A new application is required every year. If you received coupons in 2013 or were on our waiting list, then a 2014 application will automatically be mailed to you in the Spring. If you are new to the program and would like to be added to our application mailing list, please call the SFMNP Hotline at 419-725-6927 or send an email to arichards@areaofficeonaging.com.
