The Ohio Coalition for Adult Protective Services (OCAPS) has three main functions: legislative advocacy, professional education/annual conference and our OhioHOPES-Helping Ohio Protect and Empower Seniors project.
The OhioHOPES project offers an online resource hub at ocapsohio.org where one can find over 2,000 entries across all 88-counties; free, face-to-face interactions either by presentations or as an exhibitor at an event; as well as hosting a monitored help-line where victims of elder maltreatment can gain the connections they need for help, reporting and safety planning.
